I am able to put a contact in my Palm and sync it with my desktop, however, I can't go from the desktop to the palm. I think that I have it to set up both ways. Any suggestions? Lisa

Are you using ACT! Link for Palm (free) or ACT! for Palm OS (seperate purchase)?
Run database rebuilds using this article - Database Rebuild and Repair Procedures. Then change your sync method from synchronization to desktop overwrites handheld. This can be changed in ACT! for Palm OS configuration. This will automatically change back to two-way sync after the overwrite.
