I'm running Sage ACT Pro 2011 and Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I just installed both programs on a new laptop. The sync worked once, now Act says it can't find the file-pst file I presume. The exact wording is "The system cannot file the file specified." It's located here:C:\Users\Jim White\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook. That's where it was on my previous laptop and it worked, but not correctly. It would only sync part of the contacts I designated using sync sets in Act. I've defined a user field to indicate which contacts to sync. This is the only issue I have left on this install. Everything else I was able to work out using the knowledge base, which is excellent. Any guidance would be appreciated.
