Has anyone ever experienced this ...
On one laptop in our office, while Act is doing a sync with the server, we cannot open any Word/Excel shortcuts to network files. They just won't open. If you open Word from Programs, etc. and then browse for the file while in Word, it will open (same for Excel) - but the shortcuts just won't open.
As soon as the sync is complete, they will work again.
Strange ..... any suggestions?
