My computer crashed and had to use the restore disks to get my computer working again. I reloaded ACT and when I opened it and entered my software serial number it won't allow me to access the program. The message that I get is that this serial number is already registered and I can't get past that screen. Anyone know how to overcome this?

It appears from the message (already registered) that the ACT! registration files are corrupted. Here is an article with steps to remove the files (wil be rebuilt when you register): KB Article 14245
Use the steps titled:
