My old computer died. I now have a Windows 8 computer. I downloaded and reinstalled ACT, but it won't let me register. This is a company program, we have a 5 computer license with the database shared across the server. I keep getting told that we have exceeded the maximum number of computers. How do I remove the dead computer from our list and add this one?

We would need to check and confirm the serial numbers you are using to register Act. Please start a Web Chat with a technician to do this.
Also, I've checked your account and it appears you are entitled to use Act! v16 which has better Windows 8 compatibility. I would suggest you download and use the latest version of Act available to you. Check the compatibility matrix for more details.
