I am having difficulties opening my database in Sage ACT 2010. When I open it, I get an error message that reads as follows:
The database SalesTerritory16 could not be accessed. In order to access this database, check your network connection and verify that your database server is available. It may be necessary to disable any firewall software on your computer or the server.
Press F1 for a troubleshooting guide.
Now, my employer recently installed new anti virus, anti spam, anti malware software on my computer, could that be causing the issue?
