Runnng Act 18.104.22.168 on Windows 10. Windows just did an update (Creator) last night and now I can't open my database. When I try, it ask for a password, there is none so i leave the password blank and hit OK. I get the error message "The database XXXXX cound not be accessed........."

This error can occur if the Microsoft SQL Server Browser and/or the SQL Server (ACT7) instance are not started or are disabled. To re-enable or restart these services, refer to the following knowledgebase article: http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38181
