Please help! I cannot open my ACT database and have gone into the SQL server and tried to start the server agent but to no avail!
Attached is the error message which comes up...
Any help would be gratefully received.

The agent is not required for running. The error shown related to running Agent with incorrect user logon. Recently we have had errors with Act! not opening with AVG is installed.
Please try disabling AVG if you do.
If AVG is not related can you please provide additional details?
