. Two days back sent 23 emails via Act 12 mail merge. Later in day tried to send 98 and got this error message:
“Retrieving Com class factory for component CLSID. [741BEEFD-AECO-4AFF-84AH-4F61D15F5526} Error 80040154”
Have tried to send one mail merge to myself and different template and get same error. Have closed out and rebooted and same problems. Seems like Act deleted a file, which Act has done before. How fix?

If you click on any of the email hyperlinks or on the email button, do you get the same error message as when you're trying to do the mail merge? You may have an issue with an unregistered .dll file.
Please take a look at this knowledge base article which will run you through registering the file.

Does anybody can point me where to find it?

Thank you Roy,
I found answer and registered "Redemption Helper".
This solved part of problem.
I can now mail merge but after merging ACT windows "Merging Records" remais open.
I can not use ACT after that even trying to cancel window.
Only way it to force ACT close using Windows Admin...
Do you have any idea of why?

Do you have the Windows 7 User Access Control (UAC) on? If so try turning it off or make an exception for the ACT! program.

No Roy. Unfortunately this is not the case.
I am Administrator and UAC is already at lowest level.
