I am having issues upgrading from Act 6 to Act 7 Version 9. I have Windows XP. What could be the problem. I have the activation code but am still having issues.

Thanks Roy. It is with the actual activation. Do I need to call ACT customer support to activate the upgrade? If so, do you have a phone #? Thank you for your quick reply.
