ACT! 2012 Pro, Windows 7 Pro. 2-user network, working on the "Server" PC
Trying to get a report on vacation days taken but nothing shows up in the Histroy Time Spent report. The Vacation activity type should be an activity type like any other, correct?

I tried running the same report in Act v16 and had varying resuls.
If I changed the report from the default setting to 'Current Contact' it showed vacation.
If I changed the report to 'All Contacts' the vacation disappeared.
Can you try to run the report using 'Current Contact' and see what happens?
