I just purchased a new computer, installed ACT, but then the computer turned out to be defective. So, a new one was shipped, now trying to install and register ACT. I keep getting a message telling me that all the licenses are used. Yes I did uninstall it from the first machine before putting it on the new machine. Luckily, I can use the trial period while I am waiting to hear is someone can help. Thanks.

The old computer activation record should be removed from the licensing server. Please do contact Act tech support, they will release the old activation. And then you can able to activate on your new computer.

Thanks, I did this and also learned how to deactivate my license to move onto a new machine if needed in the future by going to register on the help menu, then selecting deactivate. Thanks again.
