I am a partner in an automobile dealership and I am interested in customer follow-up. I am looking for a system that I can preconfigure a mailing series depending on the client situation and the populate the letter on the appropriate days. (i.e. looking for a specific vehicle, waiting for tax return, sold customers) . Will one of the act programs perform this operation better than another? If I have 3 other user will that confuse things? Will I have the ability to mail for our service department as customers are input into the system a different series of letters. Should I look for a specific automated mail system instead?
