A couple of our users used to use ACT 2007 (act 9) which was installed on a citrix presentation server.
We recently purchased a several more licenses for ACT 2009 (ACT 11), and I installed each copy locally. I was wondering if it's possible for our users to share contacts (either from the old database) or any newly input ones, or is this something that can only be done in ACT 2009 Premium?
ACT won't let a user save their contacts to a shared network drive.
I don't have a copy of act myself (nor do I use it) so I can't dig around options and what not. Any assistance is appreciated.
