I have installed ACT! Premium18.2 on a new server.
Installation seem completed, I can open Act! on the desktop, but not on web (even in localhost).
It sound a problem of right
Message : Access to path 'ACT\ACT Data\Preferences' is refused
I have saw difficulties with .Net user right or local system right
I not sure and I don't know how check
Proliant G380 G5
Windows serveur 2012R2
Act! 18.2 Premium installed with SQL Express (default install)

Hi there, can you please confirm that you have definitely installed the web version of Act! Premium? So if you go to Help > About Act!, does it definitely say Premium for web has been installed?
Also, if you go to Tools > Website Administration, have you completed all of the tabs in there without any errors?
