I imported contacts yesterday perfectly. Today it won’t import any contacts. I have rebooted the computer etc. I’m using ACT Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13.0.401.0, Hot Fix 2 any thoughts?

I have run the database maintenance on it and that did not help. I created a test database and it imported 1 contact of 411… I cut my duplicate checker off. I have also tried different formats for importing.

How are you getting the data? Is someone sending it to you or are you generating it yourself? I am just trying to understand your process to determine what is different today.
