Can not Import PAD file after hard drive crashed

files taken from old hard drive by Geek Squad We see the files but every time I try to import, I can't?

 

Please advise

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. It sounds like the .PAD file is no longer valid as it contains specific database location information and that has likely changed as a result of the crash. Your .PAD file will need to be deleted and recreated. Instructions are in this Knowledgebase article:
