I have created a database for my client on my pc, tested it and all was fine. I now need to hand this over back to my client but she is unable to open the database. I have tried sending it by email and I have saved it to her pc on site but it still won't open. She can open other ACT databases she has already created. We have allowed file sharing. An error message pops up advising to check network connections and the firewall restrictions. Network conns were fine and we tried turning off the firewall for a while to see if it made a difference - it didn't. Any suggestions please?

How are you trying to move it?
The correct way is to use Backup, then Restore-As as per this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
