Can anyone help me with this problem?

I just started to use Act for Financial Professionals, and I found this problem upsetting: when I click "List View" of all contacts, they do not come in alphabetical order. Is there any way that they show in alphabetical order? If anyone in the community can help me with this, I would appreciate it! Thank you!

They should be alphabetical by Company
