sequence contains no matching element.
these are not recurring activities.

Does this error occur as well if you try in the the demo database (ACT2011Demo)? Or is it specific to your converted database?
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

I got help from ACT Support. I basically did some database repair work. I had multiple problems stemming from the conversion of a remote 2010 database to 2011 including Outlook 2010 not showing up as an option. i reinstalled Outlook and the tech guy ran all the diagnostic repairs on the the converted database. i did not realize that utility exsisted on the ACT software.
The main issue was automatic smart tasks not working. I created an empty copy and imported records, which fixed that problem, but then i could not clear multiple tasks because the original dtabase was corrupted.
I appear to be all set, but that was not fun.
