I have run into a request where the President's secretary has been asked to setup phone calls, appointments, etc in ACT! for himself and another salesman and have them intergrate with their respective Outlook Calendars. We are runnnig ACT! 2009 and Outlook 2007. I have noticed that the forums indicate you can not do this with a public calendar, only your personal calendar. What I'm wondering is if there is a way to "trick" ACT! to accomplish this task. Could the secretary login into ACT! with the president and the salesmen's logins and then setup appointments that way and get them to integrate with their personal Outlook calendars? If so, would she need to be logged into their personal email boxes while she's scheduling appointments for them? Any suggestions on this end would be greatly appreciated.
