Can I create a report that does this?

Using ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 3

 

I am looking to create a report that shows the contacts edited or viewed by a specific employee during a given time frame, ie in the last week.

 

The report should print the employee's (user's) name and a list of contacts that employee worked on, and what time they viewed or edited the contact.

 

Is this possible?

There are fields that record the last edit date and user for each contact - but they will not show you if multiple people have updated the same contact. Fields = 'Edit Date', and 'Last Edited By'.

There may be a Community member with more report coding experience, but I do not believe you can produce the desired report.

For a quick view of this data, update your Contact List view with these fields. Click on the field headings to sort by that field. To customize: right click in the list area and select 'Customize Columns'
