I just got ACT! and can't do a function that I would love to be able to do.
Can I create a "Company Group" and get the results like a "Contact Group"?
I work with Insurance Agencies and imported all the offices in my area as "Companies". Within each office/company are agents (contacts).
I would like to be able to seperate the "Companies" into trees like below:
- Ms. Brown' s State Farm
- Ms. Smith's State Farm
- Ms. Jones' State Farm
- Ms. Green' s Nationwide
- Ms. Black's Nationwide
- Ms. Whites' Nationwide
- Ms. Bean' s Allstate
- Ms. Smythe's Allstate
- Ms. Junes' Allstate
Is this possible? Then within each company the agents/contacts are added.

You can create divisions for companies
- Open the Company Detail view.
- In the Companies tree, select the company you want to add a division to.
- From the global toolbar, click the arrow next to New, and then click Division.
- Complete the information as needed.
