Just upgraded from ACT Premium v11 to Pro 2014 v16. We have a server and 7 Remote databases. One of the RD clients had a problem with the the old v11 in that the only calendar view was the monthly mini view. I thought the upgrade would fix the problem. It didn't. And I even uninstalled v11 first. All of the other computers are fine. He is running Windows 7. How do I fix it?

First set his video display fonts to normal (96dpi). The delete his preferences with ACTDiag.

Mine was not working again today! I followed these instructions to change my display. But, it didn’t help. And my display was already at 96 dpi (smaller/default).
But, deleting the preferences did work.
