Calendar view is frozen

Calendar view is frozen

My calendar view is frozen. I cannot change the date or the view from the one that show over 20 months on the one page. What do you suggest I try in order to fix this? THANKS!

You will probably have to redo your preferences

 

 

Close ACT!

Go to Start Run and type in ACTDIAG and select OK

Once open go to Tools menu and select Delete preferences

Close ACTDIAG

 

When you go back into ACT you will need to redo your preferences but should fix the Calendar problem

Paul,

 

Thank you for your suggestion. I did follow your suggestion and unfortunately the calenar is still stuck on a multi-month view.

 

Any other ideas?

Did you try the menu

 

Tools menu

Select Customise

Select Reset Menus and Toolbars

 

In the past the preference reset has normally always wordek

 

If the above does not work try the following

 

Close ACT!

Go to Start button

Select the Run option

type in %appdata%

rename the ACT folder to ACTold

 

Reopen ACT
