We run ACT 2011 on a server. 2 PCs in office use the whole database (approx 6000) then we have 3 remote databases each with a differenct sync set by division of product range, e.g. BIO and PC, for 3 members of staff.
If we schedule for a meeting for a remote user wih a BIO contact we can see it on our main database and the remote BIO user can view on hiscalendar, BUT the remote user with the PC sync set cannot see that meeting (therefore he thinks that member of staff is free for him to schedule other tasks!!).
Is there a way to set all 3 remote databases to each view the others calendars? Maybe it is in the initial remote sync set up but all remotes are set to view All users in the Calendar.
Any hints anyone?

Thanks for the reply but could you clarify exactly what I need to do? Are you saying I need to change eachsync set to allow "all current and future users of this database" and then recreate each remote, unpack and restore on each of the 3 laptops?
