We just updated everything. New server, workstations, new ACT. We are running Act! Pro Version 16.0.291.0, Hot Fix 4 and upgraded from version 6. We are on a shared database and it resides on a Server Running 2012 Enhanced. Workstations are Win 7 Pro.
If someone updates the calendar, it doesn't appear on the other workstations until they sign off ACT and log back in. Notes and Markups seem to appear instantly, but not the calendar. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere.

You may just need to refresh the screen moving off the calendar, then coming back to it. Or, go to View > Refresh.

You might want to try using the F5 key.
