Using ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 18.104.22.168, Hot Fix 1, Windows XP & Outlook.
I have just noticed (because I turned up on the wrong day!) that sometime since installing the Service Pack and Hotfix that a load of my appointments have jumped backwards 1 day. They are all events I have put in as "timeless" and "use banner".
QAnyone offer any advice on what steps to go through to stop it happening again? I also use HandHeld contact but have never had this happen before.
