I'm asking for help with ACT! version 16.0.291.0 running on two laptops each with Windows 7.0. The database is not shared with others.
When I look at To-dos on my ACT! calendar on one PC, the Regarding field is displayed. When I look at To-dos on my other PC, the Schedule With field is displayed. I would like for the Regarding field to be displayed. How can I change the display from Schedule With to Regarding?

Thank you. So I surmise from your reply that when contact other than my own is added, there is no way to display the regarding field?

Thats correct Danny. There is no preference to change this behaviour at present.
It's a good idea though, it would be worth submitting this to the Share Your Ideas board.
