When I try to filter the calendar by priority or type of activity I get a small white screen in the left hand corner of my monitor. Seems like some others have had the same issue. I and our IT person have checked for viruses and malware and found nothing. Not being able to use these functions is getting to be an issues. Does anyone have a fix for this issue?

As you've noted, several people have posted an issue with the white box - and it appears to only affect ACT! 2006 users. At this time I have not seen any posts mentioning a resolution to the issue. It is still unknown if it is caused by a Microsoft update or virus/malware; posts in other communities point to virus/malware. You may want to try uninstalling/reinstalling the ACT! program.
