Calendar does not always update

Calendar does not always update

We have a database that is shared with 4 people, and occasionally when someone schedules a meeting the meeting doesn't actually show up on my calendar unless I reschedule it. The activity will show in the contact info screen. This has happened even when I was the one scheduling the meeting in the first place. Any fixes?

Right mouse click on the Calendar and select Filter Calendar from the pop-up menu. Check to see that "All Users" is selected to ensure that you see the schedule for each ACT! user.

That was my first thought too, but it was set to all users. It even didn't display a meeting that I scheduled for someone else, even though all their other meetings I scheduled showed up just fine.

Have you gone through the ACTDIAG program and done the database repair and fixes?
