We are a three user group of ACT 10 (2008) and have a couple of questions regarding scheduling.
When a person schedules an activity that goes over more than one day (for instance - scheduled a meeting from 1pm on 3/11 through 5pm on 3/12), the calendar only displays a "banner" across the top of the daily calendar, but leaves the rest of the page alone. It is VERY difficult to tell if a person is available or not becuase that banner doesn't tell the time, just says the activity. Don't understand why it can't put the activity in a block on the daily calendar just as it does with every other activity.
