Can someone please direct me on how to add a calendar appointment or activity to a client history? I have searched everywhere I can think to look...with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ACT 2007. I want the appointments in the calendar to attach to the client record. This way I can just pull up the client record and see each time we met (last appointment, next appointment) or spoke on the phone, etc.

So, it automatically attaches future appointments to "activity" tab of that client contact AND puts the "cleared" appointments in "history"...correct?
