I keep getting the following error when trying to write an email message each time after sending the first email through Act via Microsoft Outlook 2003. "Creating an Instance of the COM Component with CLSID {0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} from IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 80004005." I saw some other posts and have tried Repairing Microsoft Outlook 2003 and also completing the registration of regsvr32 redemption.dll. I am running ACT! by Sage Premium 2009 (11.0) Version 11.1.183.0, Hotfix 1 on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2. Any help solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi
Getting this error on clients machine where they are using Outlook 2013 with ACT 18.2
It only happens when they try and create an email via ACT when it tries to connect with Outlook and is apparently random.
Have run a repair of Office and also the Outlook data file plus ACT reinstallation.
Any help or advice appreciated.

Hi Gary
Have not tried this as it points to a different problem and the message is slightly different but take the point that if Outlook is creating the message using Word when invoked via ACT it is worth trying so will give this a go and let you know if it works.
