CD-ROM Drive not reading the ACT! 2007 Disc [ Edited ]

Hi!

The hard drive went bad on one of our sales reps computers, so we are going to give him one of the design team computers. First I need to install in the software he will need, including ACT! 2007. When I insert the disc, the computer doesn't recognize that anything is there. I have tried other discs with no problems and I also tried installing on another computer with no problem. Is there something I need to do to this design computer so that it will recognize the ACT! 2007 installation disc?
