CAN'T VIEW NOTES In ACT 10.0

Everyone else in the office can see the notes but for some reason, I can't. I'm sure it's just a setting that I've overlooked.

 

Any suggestions?

Under the Notes tab, make sure the date filter is at All Dates.  Also click Select Users and make sure All Users is selected.
