I am using Act pc based version 20. I also have BT cloud Voice phone system and have recently bought BT Cloud Voice CRM intergrator software. This allows me to make calls within ACT using the telephone number field. When I receive an incoming call a window pops up with the number and the name of the caller .This is a function of the BT sotware which interorgrates the various databases including ACT.Further to that I would like act to bring up the record associated with this number where all other database details are stored. Is there a way to do this?
