I just upgraded from V12 version to V17pro version.
Looking for a good working business card scanner.
Dymo is everywhere recommended, however Dymo states that their equipment does not wotk with versions newer as 2012, so definately not with V17.
I'm not a programmer, just a user. So any suggestions for a good working scanner for the V17 pro version will be sincerely appreciated!

They DYMO site says their CardScan Executive scanners are NOT compatible with versions of ACT! after 2012.

So, I noticed that ACT! Marketplace promotes Scan|IT software that purportedly works with any DYMO CardScan up through version 800. Does it really?
I found that WorldCard Color scanner is compatible with ACT! up through v 17, and they run half the price of Scan|IT software.

This is inaccurate information. I emailed DYMO about whether CardScan Executive is compatible with ACT!, and here was their reply:
Thank you for choosing Dymo. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality and service. I am sorry, but CardScan's support of Act ended with Act 2011. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please let us know if we can assist you further.
