I'm on Act V16
But I am unable to see how/where the Business Information (Hoovers) is enabled.
And the welcome screen offers no options to set this service up
Have I missed something entirely -
Was there something I was meant to enable during setup?
PS: With Act 2010 - the Business Info tab was always visible
My Act V16 is an upgrade to Act 2010

The Act Knowledge Board gave no indication the offering had been withdrawn..
I should have guessed by the fact that the 'connection' in the Act screens was no longer there.
You reply came through just as a I finished a 'long' wait with Act support who told me similar
