Bullet Points Format In Details Of Scheduled Call

In the details of a call, I have the items I want to talk about that are above and beyond the "Regarding" field.

 

I noticed today that if bullet points are added, they do not indent nor do they follow a tab.

 

For example ....

 

Discussion topics this call:

 

1.  Topic 

o subtopic #1

o subtopic #2

 

Should be:

1.  Topic #1

      o Subtopic #1

      o Subtopic #2

 

I did notice, though, that if I build a bullet point list in another program such as OneNote, the  bullet structure is maintained when copied and pasted.

Do we have any control over this kind of formatting or is it being considered?

The activity, notes and history details use Rich Text Format for font control and formatting. I assue the limitations are limitations of RTF and the editor module used.

The activity, notes and history details use Rich Text Format for font control and formatting. I assue the limitations are limitations of RTF and the editor module used.

Hey Roy, the keyboard command for bullet points in Microsoft documents (Word and Outlook) is Ctrl-Shift-L which I use frequently.  

 

I recently tried that in a notes section while completing notes of a call and it worked as it should, including sub points.
