I am using ACT! by Sage 2007 (9.0) Version 184.108.40.206 and am trying to build custom reports. I have been able to create basic reports from scratch as well as edit the templates already made but am having trouble getting what I want. Maybe it is not possible... Who knows.
Here is the situation... I have 2 products I sell. Both products are entered in as an opportunity (normally at the same time). I also assign the contact to a group depending on who it came from. Currently I am working with 5 different Groups.
XYZ Company is assigned to Group A
Product 1 is entered in as an open opportunity
Product 2 is entered in as an open opportunity
The information I would like to include in my report is as follows:
Company Name - Status - Opportunity Name - Est Close - Total Weighted
Summary Totals for Group (Header)
Product 1 - Closed-Won
Product 2 - Closed-Won
I want Section 2 to calculate the totals (in currency) for each group as they are defined by the Status.
Can this be done and if so can anyone direct me on how to accomplish this?
Any help that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.
