Sage Act! Premium 2012. Ran all diagnostics. From inside of Group, Create Lookup, no company or contact, yet other information; create contact, duplicate contact all fields...works one in 10 times.

Thank you for reporting these potential issues. However, please provide some additional details to we can properly test these and report them to our development team:
Group issue: please provide step by step to reproduce and exactly what you see. Is the lookup bringing up the group members for the selected group? Please specify what you mean by "no company or contact, yet other informationno company or contact, yet other information".
Duplicate Contacts issue: Were there any error messages creating the duplicate? The contact failed to create 9 out of 10 times? Did pressing F5 to refresh help?
Also, for both of these issue, were you able to reproduce them in more than one database, such as the Demo or a new database? And what environment were you testing in (O/S, shared or local database)?
This information will greatly help us to properly test and address the issue. Again, thank for bringing these potential issues to our attention.
