I am running ACT! hosted online (Act! Premium (Web) Version: 220.127.116.11) on a laptop using Windows 8(.1?) Chrome web browser...
I am now running into a problem when trying to re-do the contact layout where it just comes up blank. It shows the tool box to edit fields, yet the actual field editor is blank. I switched to the basic default layouts and it shows up and let's me edit these.
What do I need to do in order to edit my custom layout, or is this an issue that I need to start from scratch?(hopefully not)
Any help would be greatly appreciated! A picture should be attached so you can visualize what I am seeing....feel my frustration haha

MY sugestion would be to try a different browser. PReferably IE with compatibity mode set to ON.
The desktop client is much smoother for database customizations, if you continue to experience problems, you may consider using a sync database to customize your layouts.
