I use Companionlink also with 10.0 and Vista to my Palm. I'm looking at a BB though and need to know if anyone has a solution like Agendus that lets me see the link between the contact and the activity?

I believe that Handheld Contact is the only solution that links activities to their contacts the way ACT! does on both Blackberry and Windows Mobile devices

Both CompanionLink and Handheld Contact will handle activities linked back to contacts.  CompanionLink uses the "Link: Contact Name" format for linking activities in the phone’s calendar.  You can then click on the Contact Name to call them.

This thread also has a question about History items.  CompanionLink stores History items in the contact note in the BB’s address book.
