Re: Binary Stream does not contain a valid BinaryHeader

Dan,

Can you provide some addtional information:

- Did ACT! ever work?

- What is your computer operating system?

If it worked previously:

- Have you tried rebooting the computer, then launching ACT!?

Are there any errors within the Windows Event Viewer (specifically the 'Application' and 'System' messages)?

Have you tried uninstalling ACT!, then reinstalling it?
