Best netbook specs to run ACT 2010 or 2011? (And ever for Android notepad?)

Looking to get a netbook that runs Windows 7, so I'm wondering what minimum specs I should find for successfully running ACT 2010 or 2011?

Also, if I want to delay my purchase, are there plans for ACT to run on an Android notepad? I'm guessing there's no chance of seeing Windows 7 on a pad anytime soon.

Given that I've never heard of a netbook with a 7200 RPM hard drive, any attempt to use the ACT! program on a netbook will have very poor performance.

Hmm...so has anyone had any success running ACT on a netbook?

I run ACT ! 2010 on an ASUS eee netbook. I found I had to max out the memory (2MB) and I run a speedboost memory stick. By doing this it runs fine. However, if you are thinking of using the netbook because it is easier to carry around while traveling I would consider a small laptop instead. It will give you more memory which it seems ACT! will need.
