So finally I'm venturing away from ACT 6 after eternity it seems

In short what will be the most dependable email client to use. Outlook express was working fine but now I leave xp

So what's the Best Email Client for Act 2011 Pro Win pro 7?

The best choice for an email client to use with Act! is still Microsoft Outlook - this is by far the best supported, and most feature rich integration.

If you're using Act 2011 though, the latest version of Office that's supported is Office 2010, so any versions newer than that may have issues (Office 2013, 2016 etc)

Also, do bear in mind that Act 2011 is not supported either anymore, and so no new fixes or patches will be released for it.

If I may suggest, once you complete your migrating from act6 to act2011, get on to the newest version of act.. ACT!2011 sucks.
