Being Forced away to Salesforce.com

My company has chosen Salesforce.com for CRM software.  I am sure it fail but I will be forced to assimilate till it does.  I have been an Act user since 2.0.

Is there a way to keep my Act Data current with salesforce?  I would like to sync both ways but will settle for one way into Act.

I am using 19.2 Pro now.

Interesting direction.

Why would you use Salesforce but still want data in Act!? In answer to the updating question, you would use an API to keep them updated.

As a sales rep for a medium to large company, I have been selling and using Act to emarket, group and gather info over the years.
Once we switch the it department will have everything locked down and changes to the database will not be possible. Most reps in my field do not even know what CRM Even stands for. The person they put in charge has never sold a product in his life. So I need to keep my data flowing to them and be able to keep it current when this project dies in a year.
