Is there any way to change what details are displayed in th banner when you create an activity? Currently it always shows the names of the contacts in the "Schedule with" field. I'd like it to display what I enter into the "Regarding" field. I realize you can hold your cursor over the item and it will display the details but I'd prefer the banner to show it.

The banner will only display the Regarding information when the activity is scheduled with yourself (not with a contact). The options for displaying when scheduled with a contact are Name or Company, options for changing this are under Tools > Preferences > Calendar and Scheduling tab > Calendar Preferences.
