Oops, As I was saying, I am sole user/admin for my ACT! database...(Running 2008 V10)...Last week I backed up my database at the office and carried it home with the intention of restoring and catching up on some record keeping. Anyway, when attempting to restore the database, I recvd a message something like "unable to restore, the database must be restored on the machine from which it was created"...This error is new to me as I have done this before with earlier versions of ACT! without a hitch...Any advice on how to remedy...
